1. 接受条款

使用 GeoChat（以下简称“本应用”）即表示您同意本用户协议。若不同意，请停止使用本应用。

2. 账户

• 您须提供真实、准确的注册信息，并妥善保管账户凭证。
• 您对账户下的全部活动承担责任。
• 您可随时通过应用内功能或 账户注销页面申请删除账户。

3. 可接受使用

• 不得发布违法、骚扰、欺诈、侵权或有害内容。
• 不得滥用定位、通讯录匹配或其他功能进行不当追踪或骚扰。
• 不得干扰服务正常运行或试图未经授权访问系统。

4. 用户内容

您保留对自己发布内容的权利，同时授予我们为提供服务所必需的有限许可（存储、展示、传输）。

6. 免责声明与责任限制

本应用按“现状”提供。在法律允许范围内，我们对间接、附带或后果性损害不承担责任。

By using GeoChat (“the App”), you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may delete your account in-app or via the account deletion page.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not post illegal, harassing, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not misuse location, contacts matching, or other features to stalk or harass others.
• Do not disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access.

4. User content

You retain rights to your content and grant us a limited license needed to operate the service.

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
